Similar to how you might put a filter on a photo with Instagram, Strum offers a number of built-in filters for video that don’t just change the look of your video, they give it a soundtrack as well. The free app is the latest release from Smule, the same company behind music-centric apps such as AutoRap, Sing!, and Magic Piano.
